A Note About My Work at Urban Decay

Like many in-house roles, much of my work at Urban Decay couldn’t be taken with me due to company policy. What you see here is a small portion of what I contributed during my time as a Senior Merchandising Designer.

My main focus was creating artwork for all product launches across major retailers including Sephora, Ulta, Macy’s, and our freestanding stores. I was responsible for adapting campaign visuals and designing merchandising assets that lived in-store and helped bring each launch to life in a bold, cohesive way.

As I grew in my role, I pushed to take on more creative direction and was trusted to lead the development of global creative asset guidelines for our launches. These guides were distributed to retailers and markets around the world, ensuring consistency across all store types and regions. I also collaborated on select packaging projects and supported cross-functional teams throughout the development process.

My experience at Urban Decay deepened my love for design systems, creative consistency, and finding new ways to elevate a brand’s presence in the retail space.
